Okay. Well, good afternoon, everyone. I think we will get started. Thanks for joining us for the Malibu Boats's group presentation. I am Craig Kennison from Baird Research.
Malibu Boats designs and manufactures premium boats under brands like Malibu, Axis, Pursuit, Maverick, and Cobalt among many other brands. We're very pleased to have with us the team from MBI, and that's Jack Springer, the CEO; and David Black, the CFO. I think the team will cover the business in a few slides and then we'll pivot to Q&A.

And before we get into it, Malibu actually formed in 1968, as a towboat company or a ski company. And until 2006, it was owned by a private individual. 2006, it was sold to Black Canyon Capital, a private equity firm.
