Thank you. Good morning, everybody. I'm Steve Marcus, Chairman of the Marcus Corporation, and I'd like to welcome you to today's first-ever virtual annual shareholders meeting.
We wish we were all together this morning as we have been in prior years. And in fact, this year's meeting was going to be at the Saint Kate the Arts Hotel, which is our exciting new hotel in Milwaukee. However, due to the COVID-19 pandemic and to support the health and well-being of everyone involved, like many other companies, we decided to host this year's meeting in a virtual format only.
