Good morning, everyone, and thank you for joining us today for our Bank of America Transportation, Airlines and Industrials conference. Today with us in our next session is Mesa Air Group. With us from Mesa is its President and Chief Financial Officer, Mike Lotz; as well as Torque Zubeck, their Senior Vice President of Finance.

Mesa is an interesting story. It's a little bit different than your traditional airline. It specializes in kind of the regional carrier business with relationships with American and United. But the pandemic has been a bit different to Mesa, right? They've taken the opportunity during the pandemic to change for the better. And for those of you that may be new to the Mesa story, maybe just going to hand it over to Mike for a few minutes to maybe walk through some of the big initiatives that they've undertaken through the pandemic and sort of begin to sort of emerge from this in much better shape than they were going in.
