Okay. Great. Let's get started. Thanks, everybody for joining us. Good morning. My name is Ryan Gilbert. I am equity research analyst at BTIG. I am pleased to be joined up here with the senior management team from American Homes 4 Rent. I've Chris Lau, CFO sitting next to me; Dave Singelyn, Chief Executive Officer; and Bryan Smith, EVP and President of Property Management.
American Homes 4 Rent is a single-family rental, owner and operator, 53,000 unit portfolio, around $8.5 billion of total equity market capitalization. BTIG rates AMH with a Buy and a $26 price target. We believe that AMH has built an effective operating platform and is well positioned to take advantage of what we see as growing demand entry-level single-family housing at the time
