Morning. Thank you for joining our virtual meeting of stockholders. I am Christopher Anzalone, the President, CEO, and a Director of Arrowhead and will be serving as the Chairman for today's meeting. The polls are open for voting.
(Conference Instructions) With us today are Doug Given, Chairman of the Board; Mike Perry, Lead Director; Will Waddill, Director and Chair of the Audit and Compensation Committees; Marianne De Backer, Director and Chair of the Nominating Committee; Mauro Ferrari, Director; Oye Olukotun, Director; Patrick OBrien, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. Also present are representatives of Rose, Snyder & Jacobs, our independent registered public accounting firm.
