Good morning, everyone. On behalf of the Board of Directors and management of Aterian, Inc., I welcome you to our annual meeting of shareholders. Thank you to everyone attending today.
My name is Christopher Porcelli, and I'm the General Counsel and Assistant Corporate Secretary of the company, and I will be presiding at today's meeting. We are conducting this meeting virtually. While the meeting is virtual only, we do still welcome questions from our shareholders. You can submit your questions along with your contact information through the web portal and, after the meeting, our Investor Relations team will reach out to you.
