Good morning. I'm Serge Belanger, one of the senior healthcare analysts at Needham. I want to welcome you to Needham's 22nd Annual Healthcare Conference. And for our next session, we have the BioCryst Pharmaceuticals team. So I'll hand it over to you these fine gentlemen to give us an update and overview on what's been going on at BioCryst.

We're in a really good spot at BioCryst right now. We've got a product on the market that's entering its third year since launch, and we expect no less than $320 million in the underlying growth. Charlie will talk about that, but the underlying growth is really encouraging. And so we feel like we've got a drug that has a great trajectory
