Thank you, sir. Good morning. I'm Stelios Papadopoulos, Chairman of the Board of Biogen, I would like to welcome you to Biogen's 2021 Annual Meeting of Stockholders.
I'm here today with Susan Alexander, Biogen's Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary, who will act as Secretary of the meeting; and Michel Vounatsos, our Chief Executive Officer and a Director, who will make a company presentation following the conclusion of the formal portion of the meeting.
