Coursera Inc at Citi Global Technology Conference Transcript
Thank you very much, everyone, for joining. My name is Tom Singlehurst. I have a sort of twin role at Citi. I head up the European media team in equity research. But I also look after global education. And as part of that role, it's my distinct pleasure and privilege to be the coverage analyst for Coursera.
It's an enormous pleasure to welcome you here, but also Jeff Maggioncalda, CEO of Coursera. We also have Cam Carey, who heads up Investor Relations in the audience. We're going to start with the most exciting thing, which is disclosures, both mine and Courseras.
Mine, if you are interested in the relevant disclosures, you can get a copy of them at the front desk, or indeed find them on the website. They're not widely interesting, but they are very important. I also wanted to say that on behalf of Coursera that in today's discussion, the company may make forward-looking statements based upon current expectations, actual results could differ materially due to a number of risk factors.
