Madame and Monsieur, welcome to the 2022 Ordinary and Extraordinary Annual Shareholders' Meeting of Sartorius Stedim Biotech S.A.
My name is Joachim Kreuzburg, and as Chairman of the Board, I also will chair this meeting. I also will hold this meeting in English language, but we offer a translation service for everybody who prefers French.
I would like to welcome all shareholders who are either present today in this room or are participating via our live stream. Particularly, I also would like to thank all shareholders who casted their vote remotely ahead of this shareholders' meeting and people that are watching our live stream broadcast even maybe without being a shareholder. I think this new format could offer the potential to encourage a higher level of attendance and participation of our shareholders in our future annual meetings.
