Good morning. I'm Bill Sullivan, Independent Chair of Edison International. On behalf of the Board of Directors and the management team, welcome to the 2020 Annual Meeting of Shareholders of Edison International and Southern California Edison. Like many public companies, we are holding this year's meeting virtually to protect the health and safety of our shareholders, employees and communities during the COVID-19 pandemic. This is consistent with Governor Newsom's stay-at-home order here in California. As circumstances permit, we intend to return to an in-person meeting next year as we value this time with you, our shareholders. In the event of a technical failure
