All right. Good afternoon, everyone, and welcome to the 20th Annual Crédit Suisse Financial Services Forum. My name is Steve Castano, and I work on Credit Suisse's dollars brokers and asset managers team here at CS. It's my pleasure to introduce Bob Walsh, CFO of Evercore. Bob joined the firm in 2007, almost a year after its IPO and has served as the firm's CFO ever since.
Over the last decade, Evercore has established itself as a premier M&A boutique firm and continues to grow its total advisory market share. The firm has also diversified its capabilities into areas outside of M&A advisory into areas such as capital advisory, institutional equities and investment management.
