Hi, everyone. Thank you for joining today's fireside chat with IAC's CEO, Joey Levin. Joey has been CEO of IAC since June of 2015 and is responsible for the strategic leadership of IAC and its operating businesses. In addition, he serves as Chairman of Angi and Vimeo and serves on the Board of Directors at Match, MGM, IAC and Turo. Under Joey's leadership, IAC and its spincos have driven a 36% compound annual return to equity shareholders relative to the S&P at 15%, resulting in a combined equity market cap of nearly $100 billion.
