Good morning, everyone. Welcome to the Raymond James Institutional Investor Conference. I always find the energy -- mid-morning on Monday, the energy level is peaking. So this is a perfect time to introduce Jon Ayers of IDEXX. We hosted a dinner last night and probably one of the most entertaining and informative CEO dinners I've ever attended. So he's a firecracker. And a couple of -- you guys know all the standard stuff, but a couple of things that we noticed last night, I thought, were interesting: number one, stock's compounded at 21% since 2002. I went to Georgia, that's good, 21% is good. So phenomenal tenure. I've got a lot of CEOs that have been in the seat for a long time. I don't see some of the symptoms I see in other companies. This guy is still going 100 miles an hour. He is as fired up as he was. And so avoiding the CEO burnout and avoiding the distraction of doing dumb deals is harder to do than he thinks given the incentives. We talked about that. And
