Good morning. Thank you very much, indeed. Hello, yes, I am David Baynes. I am the CFOO actually of IP Group.
And I have with me Chris Glasson who is our Finance Director. Chris is with me. I am going to host it. Chris is going to make some presenting. And actually, Chris and his team do most of the work. So that seems appropriate.

I did say to Chris, when we first conceived. We did a deep-dive valuations and a webinar, but it probably would be over attended.
