Good morning, and welcome to the KAR Auction Services, Inc. Annual Meeting of Stockholders. I would now like to turn the conference over to Jim Hallett, Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer. Please go ahead.
Thank you. Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. I'm Jim Hallett, Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of KAR Auction Services. It is my pleasure on behalf of the Board of Directors and the officers of KAR to extend you a warm welcome and to express our appreciation to you for attending our 2019 Annual Meeting of Stockholders We're excited to be hosting a virtual meeting again this year, which allows us to reach a greater number of our stockholders.
I will preside as Chairman of the meeting and Becca Polak, Chief Legal Officer and Secretary, will serve as secretary of the meeting.
