So with that, Kraft has recently announced a large reorganization with broad cultural and strategic changes, including shifting to a platform-based portfolio structure, adopting a more focused -- a bigger innovation focus and also generating incremental productivity to reinvest back behind the business and marketing. So it's a great time to have Carlos Abrams-Rivera here, President of the U.S. Zone, which makes up more than 2/3 of the company's total sales; and Chris Jakubik, Head of Investor Relations.
