Marinus Pharmaceuticals Inc Annual Shareholders Meeting Transcript
Good morning, and welcome to Marinus Pharmaceuticals 2021 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. I am Scott Braunstein, Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Marinus, and I will be presiding over this meeting.
It is now 9:30 a.m., and I call the meeting to order.
We are also joined by Steven Pfanstiel, our Chief Financial Officer; Martha Manning, our Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary; and Sasha Damouni Ellis, Vice President, Investor and Corporate Communications.
In addition, we have with us today our -- from our Board of Directors, Nicole Vitullo, Chairperson of the Board; Chuck Austin; Mike Dougherty; Elan Ezickson; Seth Fischer; and Sara Nochur. And from Ernst & Young LLP, Marinus' independent registered public accounting firm, we have Ryan Carrozza, who is available to respond to questions.
