This is -- the slide lays out our business model that we've been executing for the past 30 years. We focus solely on single-tenant retail properties. Our portfolio is broadly diversified with high occupancy rate, and we are retail real estate experts that focus our acquisitions and underwriting on well-located parcels along high-traffic roads, leased to large regional and national operators in e-commerce-resistant businesses at market rents.
