Good morning. I'm Jim Squires, Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Norfolk Southern Corporation. It's 8:40 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time on May 13, and I now call to order the 2021 Annual Meeting of Shareholders. Thank you for joining us today. We're hosting our 39th annual meeting virtually. Our experience with our first virtual meeting last year showed that this format allows more greater participation by our shareholders regardless of their geographic location. More importantly, the virtual format ensures safety in light of the continuing public health concerns regarding the coronavirus pandemic.
