Thank you very much, operator, and good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen. Thank you for joining us today. I will now call the annual 2021 Annual General Special Meeting to order. I will start by saying it's a kind of a sad day for me, but also a happy one. It's sad because this is the last time I have the honor of being Chair of Pan American Silver. We had our Board meeting prior to this, and we appointed a new chair, Gillian Winckler, which is following my decision to retire effective today. So
