Good morning, and welcome to the 2020 Annual Meeting of PAR Technology Corporation stockholders. I am Savneet Singh, Chief Executive Officer and President of PAR Technology Corporation, and I will be presiding as Chair of this meeting.
It is now 10:01 am, and I call the annual meeting to order. This is our first virtual annual meeting, and while we have read the circumstances that led our Board of Directors to determine to conduct this meeting virtually, we appreciate the opportunity to be more inclusive and reach a greater number of stockholders.
