Okay. Thanks, everybody, for joining us for the session. We have with us management from the Insulet Corporation, and I want to introduce Shacey Petrovic, who is the President and CEO of Insulet, and she served as CEO since January 1 and on the Board since September 18, having been the COO for the last number of years. So welcome, Shacey. And then Wayde McMillan, running out another new role, new member of the management team, has served as EVP and CFO since March of 2019. And prior to that, spent several years as Medtronics' CFO and VP of Finance in the MITG Group. All right. So with that brief intro, Shacey, I want to give you chance to make some opening comments, talk a little bit about for Insulet is in the life cycle and then go to the [hot] room and then we'll get into some fireside chat Q&A.
