Good afternoon, everyone. Thanks again for sticking with us and joining us here, day 2 of Cowen's 15th Annual Global Transportation and Sustainable Mobility Conference. This is Gabe Daoud here, Cowen's charging battery and energy analyst.
Next up, we're delighted to host a QuantumScape and joining us from QuantumScape is Kevin Hettrich, the CFO. We also have Dan Conway from IR.
QuantumScape, as I'm sure our most folks on the line now is a next-generation battery technology company focused on developing a solid-state battery using a proprietary separator to enable cells with lithium-metal anodes. The company has a partnership with Volkswagen and has a number of potential agreements with other OEMs that I'm sure we'll get into in the conversation. But Kevin, thanks so much for joining us.
