Thank you very much. Welcome to all of you on this February 2, 2022 at 2:00. You see, I appreciate the favor my colleagues did to me. Sometimes we find numbers which we love. And I hope that you will also love the numbers what we report to you.
It's our full year still preliminary result. But what you see from the numbers is we have changed our processes. So we are definitely faster than what we had been in the past, and I'm very happy that we also achieved that. The numbers, EUR 1.372 billion, this is above the prepandemic result. And what we see is after a slow first quarter, we are encouraged by the progress shown every quarter in lending, in revenues and in customer
