Saputo Inc Annual Shareholders Meeting Transcript
Good morning, everyone. My name is Lino A. Saputo, Chair of the Board and CEO of Saputo. I welcome you to the shareholders' meeting, and thank you for joining us today.
I'm joined by Mr. Maxime Therrien, CFO and Secretary of the company, who will act as Secretary for this meeting; Mr. Kai Bockmann, President and COO; and Ms. Lydia Pham, Senior VP, Legal Affairs, who will act as moderator. Also joining us remotely are our directors and members of our executive team.
Once again, this year, due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the annual meeting is being held in a virtual-only format.
Before starting the proceedings, I would like to say a few words about the general conduct of the meeting. While the formal business of the meeting will be presented predominantly in English, we are offering simultaneous translation to French. We are also offering an original language option should you wish to listen to this meeting without any translation at all.
