Ladies and gentlemen, good afternoon, and welcome to what is primarily an overview of the acquisition of Santa Rita and Serrote in Brazil, but it's also an opportunity to update you on our green metal strategy. There's been a number of announcements over the last few weeks, and I intend to cover some of those briefly. I also want to say good morning to our investors in North America.
