Okay. We'll go ahead and get started, everybody. Thanks for joining us. My name is Ghansham Panjabi. The packaging and coatings equity research analyst at Baird. The next presenter will be Sealed Air Corporation. From Sealed air, we have Ted Doheny. Ted is President and CEO, and he's been in that role since January 2018. He started with Sealed Air in September '17, previously at Joy Global. And then, of course, Chris Stephens, Chris, welcome to our conference together at least in our track. Chris is CFO, and he assumed that role earlier this year and previously was at the Barnes Group.
