Okay. Good morning, everyone. Welcome to Day 1 of the Raymond James Institutional Investors Conference here in Orlando. Hope everybody's enjoying the nice weather. I came down from Boston last night, so I am not upset about missing the 8 inches of snow that we're getting today, although my kids are excited because they missed school.
With us today is STERIS. STERIS has been a long-time participant in this conference. They've grown significantly over the past several years and really are a leader in infection control and prevention across a variety of care settings. With us today is Mike Tokich. Mike is Senior Vice President, Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer. And also with us is Julie Winter, who is Director of Investor Relations.
I'll pass it over to Mike for about 15 minutes of prepared remarks and then we'll open it up and have about 10 minutes of Q&A before the breakout session.
