Yes. Thank you, and good morning. And welcome to this conference call for our third quarter result.
Please turn to Slide #2. As said, my name is Torben Sand, and I'm Head of Investor Relations. And with me today, I have, as usual, our CEO, Niels Frederiksen, and our CFO, Marianne Rørslev Bock.
Today, we will present the highlights for the quarter. We will give you an update -- business update on the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on our business and present a status of the Agio Cigars integration. Following this, we will give you an overview of the quarterly performance in our 3 commercial divisions and the group as a whole, including an update on our group funding structure and the share buyback program. Finally, we will take you through the outlook for 2020 and take your questions at the end.
