So Kevin, I wanted to start, similar place we started this morning for our breakfast, but you recently did an acquisition of Mobius and it brings up 2 important dynamics that I want to talk about. The first is there's a tension in this conference for the executives, CEOs pulling me aside and saying, hey, what do we think about these relative rates of med tech valuations. And the companies have taken 2 tacks. One is some have gone aggressive on M&A. You've done about $14 billion, $15 billion of M&A during your tenure.
