Welcome to the 2021 Annual Meeting of Stockholders for Uber Technologies, Inc. I'd now like to turn it over to Ron Sugar, Independent Chairperson of Uber's Board of Directors.
Thank you, operator. The meeting will now come to order. I am Ron Sugar, Independent Chairperson of the Board of Directors of Uber Technologies, Inc. I will be presiding as Chair of this meeting; and Tony West, our Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary, will serve as Secretary of the meeting. Along with my fellow directors and executive officers of the company, I would like to welcome you to our 2021 Annual Meeting of Stockholders.
