Good morning, everyone, and welcome to BV's Global Real Estate conference. Our first apartment roundtable of the day, UDR. Thank you to management for getting up extra early today just to kick things off. Again, this is UDR presentation and roundtable. This is a global audience. We're going to make some introductory remarks and allow UDR to present on the company, and then we'll get into Q&A.
UDR is a leading multifamily real estate investment trust with a history of successfully managing, buying, selling developing and redeveloping properties in targeted U.S. markets with over 51,000 units in the portfolio.
