Thank you, John, and hello, everyone. I -- as mentioned, I'm Tracy Fuerst. I'm the Vice President of Corporate Communications and PR for Magna, and I'm kicking off the call today. Thank you so much for joining us.
As you have seen, we issued a press release earlier this morning regarding an upcoming change in our leadership.
On today's call, we are pleased to have with us Mr. Bill Young, who's the Chairman of Magna's Board. Swamy Kotagiri is with us as well, Magna President and Incoming CEO. We've got Vince Galifi, our CFO, with us as well. And then, of course, we have Don Walker, our Magna CEO. Each will be making some remarks, and then we'll open it up to some questions.
