Good morning, everybody. To our owners, investors, Mercury people and others joining us today, welcome to Mercury's Annual Shareholders' Meeting for 2020. My name is Howard Thomas, and I'm Mercury's Company Secretary. I hope you're all safe and well as you join us today online. It's fair to say that we continue to adapt to some rather unique circumstances. So it's within that context that we seek to effectively, efficiently and above all, safely conduct matters of formal business in an online format this year.
So today's meeting is being held on the Lumi platform. So this allows shareholders, proxies and guests to attend the meeting virtually. All attendees can watch a live webcast of the meeting. And in addition, shareholders and proxies can ask questions and vote on resolutions.
