Good morning, everyone, and thank you for joining the MGP Ingredients conference call and webcast to discuss the company's announcement of a definitive agreement to acquire Luxco, Inc and affiliated companies. I'm Mike Houston with Lambert and Co., MGP's Investor Relations firm.
