Good morning. I'm Omar Ishrak, and I'm the Chairman of the Board of Directors at Intel. And on behalf of the Board and our management team, I'd like to welcome our stockholders and others who have joined us for our 2020 Annual Stockholders' Meeting. This year's meeting, due to COVID-19, is audio only, but we will have the presentation slide deck available for you on your screen.
I now call this meeting to order. You will find today's meeting agenda on the portal. Before we launch to the agenda items, I trust everyone is safe and staying healthy. First, I want to thank and commend all the Intel employees and supply chain partners who have helped keep Intel's business operating during these challenging times.
