Good morning, everyone, and welcome to the 2020 Annual Meeting of Stockholders of JetBlue Airways Corporation. It is 9:00 in the morning here in New York on Thursday, May 14, 2020.
I am Robin Hayes, Chief Executive Officer of JetBlue Airways Corporation. On behalf of our directors, officers, and crewmembers, I thank you for attending our annual meeting. We are pleased to be hosting a virtual annual meeting this morning and welcome all of you attending via the Internet. We are doing a virtual meeting as we believe virtual annual meetings provide expanded access, improved communication, and cost savings for our stockholders and the company.
