This is the Q&A session on the rationalization of the Unipol Gruppo together with the preliminary consolidated results at the December 31, 2023. Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen, and thank you so much for being virtually with us. I'm sure you know the most important piece of news of today, which is the streamlining or rationalization of the group, thanks to the merger of UnipolSai into Unipol Gruppo Finanziario.
We will be considering the exchange rates. So 0.3 Unipol shares, UnipolSai exchange 1 share.
