Okay. I think we're going to get started. Apologies for the late start. We had it sort of precision planned, but unfortunately, the reception downstairs was a little bit slow. And there are still a few people, waifs and strays, coming in at this time. So apologies that we started it late but we want to make sure everyone had chance to get here and grab a cup of coffee. And also, we do have some time, sort of set in the day to catch up on things.
So firstly, good morning, everybody. Thank you so much for coming to The Shard today. Paul is probably sat over there. We have got a pretty fun packed and fully packed morning, and the purpose of which is to really give you a much richer picture as to what we've been doing in Mitie in the last 2.5 years, beyond the sort of [broad] financial data that Paul and I only really have a short period of time twice a year to present to you.
