Good morning, and welcome to Herman Miller's first quarter earnings conference call. As a reminder, this call is being recorded. I would now like to introduct your host for today's conference, Kevin Veltman, Vice President of Investor Relations and Treasurer.

As you may have noticed in our press release that was posted yesterday, we have changed our approach to the quarterly press release to adopt a shareholder letter format that replaces our prepared remarks on the conference call. We believe this approach both provides more timely information for investors and allows more time for questions and dialogue on the call.
