Half Year 2023 Man Group PLC Earnings Call Transcript
Good morning, everyone. Hopefully, you can hear us clearly. Thank you for joining us today. I am Luke Ellis, the CEO of Man Group. I'm joined by our CFO, Antoine Forterre.
As you may know, earlier this year, I informed the Board of my decision to retire after nearly 40 years in the industry. It's been an enormous privilege for me to lead the firm for the last 7 years, and I've loved every minute of it, well, almost every minute anyway. I'm delighted that Robyn Grew, our current President, has been appointed the next CEO of Man Group. Robyn and I have worked together very closely for over a decade, and she has been instrumental in helping Man Group achieve the growth we've seen in the recent years. She's an exceptional visionary leader with deep commercial and operational experience and more than enough energy to take the firm forward to even greater heights. Robyn will take over on the 1st of September, which makes this my last set of results.
