Good afternoon, everyone. I'm Meixian from the IR team of MUST. Thanks for joining this briefing at such short notice. And today, we have with us, Mr. Marc Feliciano, our Chairman and Sponsor Rep; along with our CEO, Mr. Tripp Gantt, and the rest of the management team, Carol, Pat, Robert and Chia Yee as well.
So as shared before, we have been working very hard towards finding a resolve of our financial covenant breach. So we are very happy today to finally be able to announce the recapitalization plan with everyone.
