Good morning. I'm Matt Summerville with D.A. Davidson, the industrial analysts, specialty materials analyst that follows MP materials. With us today is Martin Sheehan, who heads up IR for MP. And the format of today's discussion is a fireside chat, so I'll just be posing various questions to Martin about the business, the strategy, the operations, et cetera. But first, for those that may not be all that familiar with MP because we know the EV specialty materials spaces is certainly one that's starting to get more attention, but still a bit, I think, underappreciated, perhaps under followed to some degree. I thought it'd be nice if Martin just gave a little bit of MP's history background on the operation as a starting point.
