Marin Software Inc Annual Shareholders Meeting Transcript
Good morning. My name is Mike Coleman, and I'm the General Counsel of Marin Software. In order to conduct an orderly meeting, we ask that the following rules be observed. Any questions from stockholders should pertain to the specific proposals under consideration.
