Good morning and welcome to the Annual Meeting of Stockholders of Marinus Pharmaceuticals, Inc. I am Scott Braunstein, Chief Executive Officer and a director of Marinus, and I will be acting as chairman of this meeting.
To all of our stockholders, I want to wish the best for you, your families and your communities during these uncertain and unprecedented times. At this time, the meeting is called to order.
I would like to introduce the management team present today.
