We've got to sort of stay on time here. Again, I'm Andy Kaplowitz. I cover engineering, construction and multi-industry. We're extremely excited to have MasTec with us today. I've known George Pita and Marc Lewis for a while. They've been part of this company that's gone from very small, $1 billion of revenue to $7 billion-plus, and continues to sort of move up in the world. So George had joined MasTec in February 13 after being CFO and EVP at Stuart Weitzman.

Maybe the best way to start, George, would just to be -- like I know you haven't reported yet, so you'll be careful with me around some of my questions.
