Welcome to the 2021 Annual Meeting of Stockholders of Myriad Genetics, Inc. I'm Louise Phanstiel, Chair of the Board of Directors, and it is my pleasure to welcome you. It is 8:00 a.m. Mountain Standard Time, and in accordance with the notice of the meeting, I call to order the 2021 Annual Meeting of Stockholders of Myriad Genetics.
On the website, there is an agenda for the meeting and rules of conduct. We will conduct this meeting in accordance with the agenda and those rules.
