Good morning, ladies and gentlemen, and thank you for joining us on this demerger call. I am joined by my joint CEO, Hendrik du Toit, and by the group Chief Financial Officer, Nishlan Samujh.
As you know, we published the circular on Friday, and it contains a lot of pertinent details on the demerger. We hope that you have had the opportunity since Friday to look into the detail. And we are here to answer any specific calls to clarify any matter that you may want to clarify.
