Good afternoon, everybody. Thank you for joining us. Thank you for your interest. I will kick off with an introduction, and then I'll hand over to Risto, which as is our normal custom. I think from a management point of view, we're very pleased to have the results. I think there's a lot to be happy about looking at the 9 months, the last 9 months. We're not blind to, I think, a few challenges, which we will also unpack in a bit more detail now and I mean, which you would have picked up in the results itself. But I'm going to just kick off with some of the positives.
